Get more with the Club

When you reach a new status for the first time, you get a key that unlocks the Prize wheel.

You win tickets on the Prize wheel. Swap them for a prize of your choice depending on the value of the ticket.

As well as prizes at Circus, your status gets you access to perks in your Circus Casino gaming hall.

Between the 1st and 7th of each month, log in to Circus and choose your Gift Box. Every box is a winner!

Do you have questions about the Club?

I have just registered at Circus and have blue status. What are the other statuses?

You start with Blue status and you can climb up to Diamond status****. How? With the points you win playing and betting at Circus and in the participating Circus Casinos.

The different possible statuses are represented by a shield:

  • Blue: from 0 to 499 points
  • Copper: from 500 to 999 points
  • Bronze: from 1,000 to 1,999 points
  • Silver: from 2,000 to 3,999 points
  • Gold: from 4,000 to 9,999 points
  • Platinum: from 10,000 to 49,999 points
  • Diamond, from 50,000 to 99,999 points
  • Diamond*: from 100,000 to 199,999 points
  • Diamond**: from 200,000 to 499,999 points
  • Diamond***: from 500,000 to 999,999 points
  • Diamond****: from 1,000,000 points

From Gold status, you can choose to reset your status and restart the adventure by completing all the challenges like you did at the beginning. To do this, go to your Settings and choose: Reset my status.

How do you win points at Circus?

It’s easy: by playing and betting!

In online casino games, you receive 1 point and 1 coin each time you bet:

What is the difference between points and coins?

Club points enable you to boost your status and obtain more prestigious prizes. Coins, on the other hand, are your exchange currency for obtaining the Club prize of your choice. You will receive points and coins by playing and betting online or in our Circus establishments.

You can check your point and coin total at any time by logging into your Circus account.

My point total has dropped without any obvious reason. Is that normal?

Circus Club rewards regular players for their loyalty. Every week, your point total decreases by 0.7%. Continue playing and betting regularly to compensate for this drop in points.

Do you always win the same thing on the Prize wheel and in the Gift Box?

No. The prizes you can win on the Prize wheel and in the Gift Box are linked to your status. The higher your status, the better the prizes up for grabs. To discover the prizes waiting for you, all you have to do is go to the wheel room.

I have ordered a prize. When will I receive it?

The delivery time depends on the chosen present, but it can be up to 6 weeks. Afteryou order, our partner will contact you to tell you all the details about the delivery of your prize.

I have swapped my coins for a Circus Gift Card. How do I use it?

Legal limit of €500

Since 6 April, the Belgian Gaming Commission has asked players to report any site that does not respect the rules concerning the deposit limit, and specifies that “no increase in this limit can be granted at this time”.

Circus.be wishes to apply this rule, however without penalising players, as the situation is due to the Belgian Gaming Commission’s inability to set up a verification system with the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register despite the fact that a period of 18 months has elapsed since the publication of the Belgian Royal Decree on 25 October 2018.

Therefore, so as not to penalise those players who wish to do so, players that make the request and that can prove via the documents available on the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register that they are not in default of payment, will be able to increase their deposit limit beyond €500, in accordance with the Belgian Royal Decree of 25 October 2018.

In this context:

  • If you are already registered on our website and have already deactivated your “legal” limit, nothing changes for you. If you wish to do so, you way reactivate the “legal” limit on your personal settings page. To deactivate this limit again later, you must provide us with proof that you are not registered on the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register for default of payment.
  • If you are already registered on our website and have not yet deactivated your “legal” limit but wish to do so, you must provide us with proof that you are not registered on the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register for default of payment.
  • If you have just registered on our website and you wish to deactivate your “legal” limit, you must provide us with proof that you are not registered on the Belgian Central Individual Credit Register for default of payment.
  • If you live outside the Kingdom of Belgium, you are not subject to this check. If you decide, or have decided, to deactivate the “legal” limit, you undertake in doing so to play in a responsible manner and accept that we cannot be held liable due to the fact that it is impossible for us to comply with the aforementioned Royal Decree.

You will find a link to the necessary procedure when you indicate your wish to increase your deposit limit on your personal settings page.

Furthermore, we would like to remind you that our website offers you the possibility to set personal limits per day, week or month. Once a limit is set, it can only be modified after a period of 72 hours to help you play responsibly.
