Gift Box, what is it and how does it work?

Between the 1st and 7th of each month, you get a free Gift Box. But what exactly is it? How does it work? What can you win? Find the answers to your questions about the Gift Box here.

What is a Gift Box and how can I open it?

As a member of the Circus community, you can enjoy a range of perks and win incredible prizes. The Gift Box is one of these perks. Every month, between the 1st and 7th, you receive a Gift Box for free that contains a prize.

To open it, simply log in to you Circus account, go to the Club page and select the Gift Box icon which appears between the 1st and 7th of each month. You will then be taken to a minigame with 3 boxes. Each contains a mystery prize. Choose one and find out what your prize is. And the best thing is, whichever box you choose, you won’t leave with empty hands because every box is winning!

Do I always win the same thing?

No. The 3 boxes contain different prizes. Make the right choice to get the best prize. The choice is yours! But don’t forget that all the boxes contain a prize, whatever happens, you will win something.

The value of the prizes in the Gift Boxes depends on your status. The higher your status, the higher the value of your prize!

I’ve forgotten to open my Gift Box. Is it too late?

Unfortunately, yes. Your Gift Box is only available between the 1st and 7th of each month.

We know that you probably have a lot of things to do and you could forget to open it. That’s why we send a little reminder to your inbox at the start of every month when your Gift Box is available. Check all communications are allowed in your account settings to make sure you don’t miss anything!
